{Review} It Works! Ultimate Body Wrap

There is a reason why it works is in the name of this body wrap because it is as simple as that, it works! I have used a woven cloth style body wrap before and it left my skin nice a soft but I did not notice much of a change in inches. With this wrap not only did I notice a difference in my skin but after first removing the wrap I lost 2 and ½ inches. All that I did was make sure I was drinking enough water and put the wrap on for about an hour. I also continued to drink water for the next 2 days and I lost an extra inch. Over those days I did my normal routine of light work around the house and walk 3 dogs for about 45 minutes to an hour. Other then that I ate what I wanted and just kept my water intake up.

Another nice benefit was how my skin was as those that have lost weight know your skin looks sort of lose. Not a problem here I may still have a bit of a tummy but my skin looks youthful and tight!

I did take photos but I only had my camera phone and they did not turn out. But I could see more definition in my curves.  Even my sleepy husband noticed!

I know there is a sign up on our facebook page but it is a bit much for me to keep up with and I am trying to get more followers here on our blog! So here is the deal to move to the top of the list to get your free facebook page review you have to:

Pollen Party Policy

Here at Little Bee Buzz we try to look out not only for ourselves but for all of our pages so we wanted you all to know the in's and out's to our Pollen Party's typically held on Thirsty Thursdays.
Page Admin Policies
(We wanted you to know what to look out for on other pages to help protect yourself from the spam bots!)

• Admin will try to space out the time between postings of pages to be pollinated to about 3-5 minutes if not longer to allow our bees time to deeply pollinate the page.
• Admin will try to limit pages to be pollinated to less then 30. If the admin can not resist spreading more pollen/you are already a like on the page do not feel obligated to post on the page to fend off those pesky spam bots! Taking a few longer breaks along the pollen trail will also help keep our bee's wings from exhaustion.
• Even though Little Bee Buzz enjoys seeing an @tag from you on every page we buzz over to pollinate this can attract the spam bots, we would prefer business pages promote the Pollen Party when we send the invite out. (This will also add you into the selections of being a featured buzzness!)

The Bee's that Partake in the Party

• Please follow all facebook rules, this includes only selling products from a business page and not your personal page(facebook will shut you down for this!)if we find out you are selling from a personal page you will not be promoted in our Pollen Parties.
• Please follow Little Bee Buzz's rules and if we do not pollinate your page there is always next time. We try our best to promote the most that we can but we do not want to alarm the spam bots.
• Be kind to those pages we do pollinate. If you leave more original comments you can bypass the spam bots. Instead of saying "sharing the pollen please stop by @enteryourbusinesshere" on every page change it up a bit. You have time to look at the photos in the header, the picture in the side bar, and even the pages tabs. Use these cues to write a better comment, which will lead to a conversation, which will give you a fan rather then just another like. Facebook does not only measure your likes but also your comments and views. If you are holding a contest/auction and need help from business this would be a great time to ask them a direct invite from you to them to help both your businesses to grow.

The Pages that are Pollinated

• Make sure to return all likes this includes the ones that are "Hidden Posts"make sure to keep the conversation going to pollinate a real relationship not just another like. 
• Make sure to like from you business page too Facebook measures this in your insights as "total lifetime likes"! If you are having a hard time returning the likes all you have to do is hover over the @tag, a window will appear which you can like from; just make sure you respond to their comment to keep the relationship growing!

I know I have seen those not so friendly reminders from the spam bots of facebook reminding me that I have posted to much and they are taking away my right to post on others walls; make no mistake they will delete your page and no one wants that!

{Review} Kristi B's Norwek

A little bit about Norwek

Nice small size to tuck into your car glove box or purse to remove lint on the go. I first thought that I really don’t have an issue with lint but with 3 dogs I have an issue with hair! Started off with a big project the coach (yes our dogs are allowed on the couch). It was a bit much to jump right in and start using the mitt so I vacuumed first to get the bulk and the mitt took care of the rest of the hard to remove hair. I also used the vacuum to clean the hair off the mitt as well easily picks up hair and this was used as a quick clean. I was running late for work when I realized my dog had slept on my uniform took a few seconds to quickly remove all the hair. After a few uses toss the mitt into a laundry bag(Norwek has one for sale) and in with the wash it goes to get a good cleaning, just skip the bleach and fabric softener.

{Review} Shake Your Way To Healthy!

I have just finished a strawberry breakfast shake sent to me by Ashley Graham and I feel full and a nice bundle of energy. Let me point out that I feel full but not bloated and the energy feels more natural then what you would get from an energy drink!
