As for the question I think that you need to announce after every buzz you have since I had no clue you had a blog until now. As far as Facebook goes I know advertising with them is expensive and when I have buzzed with you I have tired to include it in every post. That no one get promoted without announcing the buzz/blog on their page 1st, it is only fair to give credit back!

Daily/weekly shoutouts to pages i think is a great way to get promotions on facebook and telling people they need to tag you from their page to be able to get a shoutout?

I've recently discovered a very easy and less time consuming way to promote and spread the word for FB fanpages...and that is a "silent" referral/tag...your page could do a "Silent Buzz". All you have to do is post a status and followers would use their personal profile to comment by simply tagging their business page. Each participant then goes down the list using their cursor to highlight the business tag, a box pops up and you can like the page without leaving the comments. I personally prefer this to a fan page hop/stroll as it's less time consuming, and people are less likely to get banned by FB. I think this would go nicely with a daily/weekly Buzz out to selected pages :)

I am new to the fan page promoting and strolling, so I may not be the best to answer this. From what I have seen on your fan page, I think you are doing a great job! I do like "WrapNtones" idea too!

    Keep up the great work!
